Arrangement

TN24 arranges all tours on this website in cooperation with local suppliers.

 

Registration

When the payment or deposit is made, the agreement is binding on both parties. By paying, the customer confirms that he accepts the terms and conditions of the product purchased as stated on the website.

 

Payment

The full amount of the tour must be paid before departure, normally when booked. In the off-season, postponed payment may be offered.

 

Payment using credit cards

Credit card fees will be applied on checkout and equal to the fee charged by the provider.

 

Cancellation/Changes

Cancellation more than 28 days before the tour: 100% refund.

Cancellation more than 48 hours before the tour: 75% refund.

Cancellation less than 48 hours before the tour: no refund.

Failure to show: no refund

 

Captain's cancellation

Should the captain estimate that the trip can not be executed safely and comfortably, it may be cancelled. You will then receive a 100% refund.

 

Complaints

Complaints should be made directly to TN24 so that the complaint can be remedied as soon as possible and with the least inconvenience to the customer. See Contact 

 

Law applying

All claims against TN24 are to be settled according to Danish law. Complaints or cases that cannot be settled by the Danish Travel Complaints Council shall be settled by the Maritime and Commercial Court in Denmark.
